NewEraSeal™ Aqua Seal is an advanced deep-penetrating concrete sealer engineered to provide superior protection for dry concrete surfaces. Utilizing a high molecular vinyl acrylic Nano Co-Polymer formula, it forms a durable barrier that prevents water absorption, ensuring less than 1% penetration into sealed surfaces.

Designed for longevity and performance, Aqua Seal delivers waterproofing, protection against spalling and salt damage, and resistance to scaling and efflorescence. It dries tack-free with a slip-resistant finish, remains non-yellowing and UV stable, and offers an eco-friendly composition free from hydrocarbons, solvents, and hazardous materials. Fully ozone-safe and VOC-compliant, it allows for multiple coats without buildup, enhancing durability while creating a polished sheen.

Where to Use

Recommended for use on heavily trafficked concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, block, masonry, pavestone, flagstone, and pre-cast concrete.

Storage, Handling & Shelf Life

• Keep the container closed when not in use.
• Store out of direct sunlight.
• Prevent from Freezing.
• Avoid temperatures
  over 100 °F or under 45 °F.
• Product can be stored up to 12 months.
• If the product is stored for a long time, lightly agitate, or shake well before use.

Use Instructions

1. Area to be sealed must be clean, dust free, patches/repairs complete, stains removed and any grout in place and dry before applying Aqua Seal.
2. Patch test recommended for suitability.
3. Protect all non-masonry surfaces from overspray.
4. Ensure surface is free of all dust, debris, oil and tar.
5. Product is ready to use and should not be diluted.
6. Apply above 45°
7. Do not mix with other chemicals.
8. Apply with roller, brush or low-pressure fine-mist sprayer.
9. Apply a 2^nd coat liberally.

Safety

Keep out of reach of children.

Refer to label prior to use.

Keep product away from skin and eyes.

Do not swallow or ingest this product.

Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles while working with this product.

Remove contaminated clothing and DO NOT wear again until thoroughly cleaned.

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.

First Aid

EYES: Flush thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists, get medical attention.

SKIN: Flood the surface with water, using soap or baking soda freely. If burns appear, cover them with moist magnesia or baking soda.

INGESTION: Call a physician immediately; drink a teaspoon or more of milk of magnesia or baking soda.
