Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

​All online orders are delivered within 7 days with few exceptions. Also, your shipping cost in the contiguous states is free.

Some exceptions include out-of-stock items due to high demand and the shipments which are slowed by weather.

All other online bulk orders of products will be received within 21- 30 business days. Shipping costs will apply and will be identified in your shopping cart if applicable.

If you wish to receive the product(s) expressed (for an additional shipping cost) or would like to take advantage of potential discounts, please contact and a customer service representative will contact you to help meet your needs.

Online orders under 500.00 include free shipping within the continental U.S.  Additional freight charges will apply to all orders outside continental U.S.

Does NewEraSOS ship internationally?

We do ship internationally for bulk orders. Please contact and a customer service representative will develop a program that fits your needs. Shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser.

How can I receive shipments quicker?

Our fulfillment process allows consumers with needs for smaller lots to receive product within 5 business days with the exception of certain products. We have a large base of recurring customers ordering bulk lots with our sales representatives and distributors where lead time is reduced. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 637-6760 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

We give each customer’s concerns individual attention and will provide you with the instructions for making your return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 637-6760 within 30 days of delivery so the exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged. You may also email us at for instructions.

  1. Returned merchandise must be unused (resellable condition) and in original packaging
  2. Custom items are not returnable
  3. We reserve the right to not accept damaged returns
  4. 25% restocking fee may apply
