Dr. KlarX™ Clean Quest is a concentrated, powerful, biodegradable, neutral pH, eco-friendly cleaner formulated to clean and deodorize in one step.  It contains a bacterial complex to clean and deodorize extreme situations where odors linger on floors and other surfaces.   Dr. KlarX™ Clean Quest is highly versatile by simply adjusting dilution based on the condition of soiling and odors.  It cleans without leaving any residue or film on surfaces and continues to work for you in between cleanings.

Where to Use:

Use safely indoors or outdoors on:

Restrooms, urinals, nursing homes, warehouse floors, hospitals, meat/poultry processing and packaging plants, and any location where nuisance odors and general sanitation are required.

Use on all types of hard surfaces like vinyl tiles, ceramic tiles, smooth concrete floors, metal, rubber, plastic, brick, masonry, and many other manmade hard surfaces.

Use Instructions

1. It can be mopped, sprayed, or wiped on surfaces. It can be used with a power washer.
2. Protect all non-cleaning surrounding surfaces, such as food and glass.
3. Do not mix with other chemicals. Refer to the SDS prior to use.
4. When Mopping:
   1. Remove dirt, dust and debris from the floor.
   2. Add concentrate to warm water following suggested dilutions.
   3. Wet and ring mop and clean in sections.
   4. Rinse and ring mop periodically, changing solution as needed based on soil buildup.
5. When using spray or wipe method:
   1. Remove debris from surface.
   2. Spray diluted solution onto surface or sponge or cloth.
   3. Wipe and/or scrub surface to remove soiling.
   4. Change sponge or cloth as needed depending on soil buildup.
6. When Power Washing:
   1. Follow manufacturer’s instructions that came with power washer.
   2. Prep area by removing items from area to be cleaned.
   3. Protect adjacent plants, landscaping and other non-cleaning surfaces.
   4. Sweep away dirt, debris or rocks.
   5. Add concentrate following suggested dilutions.
   6. Wash and clean surfaces until foam disappears from the cleaning surface.

Suggested Dilutions

Routine Daily Mopping: 1 part concentrate to 20 parts water.

Heavy Duty Mopping: 1-2 parts concentrate to 10 parts water.

Routine Daily Spray and Wipe: 0.5oz to 2oz per quart.

Heavy Duty Spray and Wipe: 3oz to 6oz per quart.

Power Washing: 8oz to 16oz per gallon of water, depending on soil buildup.

OSHA AND 29 CFR RULE

 This product contains no hazardous ingredients as defined by OSHA standards.  Contains no known carcinogens.  This product is not a hazardous chemical under 29 CFR 1910.1200 and therefore is not covered by title III of SARA.  This product is in full compliance with VOC rules and regulations.  This product does not contain any types of solvents, animal fats, butyl, acids, or alkaline ingredients.

Storage

 Store between 40°F and 90°F (room temperature) and away from direct sunlight.  Keep container closed when not in use.  The product can be stored for up to three years.  If product is stored for a long time, lightly agitate, or shake well before use.
