It effectively removes organic stains from a variety of hard surfaces including concrete, wood, tile, and asphalt. While powerful in lifting residue, it is not a disinfectant or sanitizer.

Use Instructions

1. Avoid using when temperatures are above 140° F and below 40° F.
2. Can be mopped, sprayed, or wiped on surfaces. Can be used with power washer.
3. Protect all food and drink storage areas from overspray.
4. Cover all food, drink, and non-cleaning surface before using.
5. Pre-Treatment
   1. Apply directly to effected areas at full-strength or diluted based on the severity of the soils and stains.
   2. Let soak for 5-10 minutes before washing or rinsing.
6. After pretreatment wash and rinse effected areas based on your cleaning method.
7. Repeat as needed.

Suggested Dilutions

Full Strength       Severe soils

1:4 dilution          Light soils

Storage

Store between 40°F and 90°F (room temperature) and away from direct sunlight.  Keep container closed when not in use.  Product can be stored up to three years.  If product is stored for a long time, lightly agitate, or shake well before use.
