EnCapXä Plus is a ready-to-use, plant-based odor eliminator specifically designed for use around dumpsters, trash receptacles, and outdoor storage areas.  EnCapXä Plus contains our Encapsulation Technology that continues to break down deposits in between applications.  EnCapXä Plus can also be used as a degreaser on surfaces where fats, oils, and grease accumulate.

How Does it Work?

Our unique plant-based Encapsulation Technology relies on micro-fractionalizing or the cutting of your fats, oils, and greases, then encapsulating them, using an all-natural plant extract.  Once encapsulated, organics no longer stick to themselves or surfaces resulting in less odor and cleaner surfaces.

Use Instructions

General Odor Control

1. Dilute per instructions.
2. On a weekly basis, spray targeted surfaces ensuring all surfaces are sufficiently wetted.
3. Allow to air dry.
4. Adjust dilutions and frequency to achieve desired results.

Long-Term Removal of Excess Fats, Oils, and Grease Buildup

1. Dilute per instructions.
2. On a weekly basis, spray targeted surfaces ensuring all surfaces are sufficiently wetted.
3. Allow to air dry for at least 24 hours.
4. Pressure wash areas.
5. Spray targeted surfaces after pressure washing.
6. Adjust frequency to achieve desired results.

Short-Term Removal of Excess Fats, Oils, Grease Buildup

1. Dilute per instructions.
2. Spray targeted surfaces ensuring all surfaces are sufficiently wetted.
3. Allow to absorb into surfaces for 15 minutes.
4. Scrub or pressure wash area.
5. Repeat as necessary to achieve desired results.

Dilution Recommendations

Regular Maintenance:

Dilute 1-quart concentrate with 3 quarts water to make a 1-gallon solution.

Extreme Odors and Buildup: Use Concentrated.

First Aid

Skin: Rinse with soap and water.

Eyes: Rinse with water for several minutes.

Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water and consult a physician.
