NewEraStrip™ Safe-T Strip is an advanced biodegradable, VOC-compliant solvent-based stripper engineered for powerful yet environmentally responsible residue removal.  Formulated to tackle a wide range of stubborn coatings, this industrial-strength solution effectively dissolves adhesives, oils, grease, and petroleum-based contaminants, making it ideal for restoration, surface preparation, and maintenance applications.

Its proprietary blend offers a safer alternative to traditional strippers, containing no hazardous ingredients as defined by OSHA’s Hazard Communication standards.

With a non-flammable, non-corrosive formula, and very low odor, it provides a user-friendly experience suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

This proprietary mixture contains no hazardous ingredients as defined by OSHA “Hazard Communication” 29 CFR 1910.  1200 except that material is a skin irritant due to its defatting properties and eye irritant.  It is not considered a carcinogen by IARC or NTP.

In its original form, this product does not fall under hazardous waste criteria.

NOTE: If used to remove ASBESTOS tiles, mastics, and adhesive, contain all the waste into a proper disposal container.  Follow Federal, State and Local rules and regulations for proper disposal method.  Asbestos must be removed only by a certified individual.

Use Instructions

1. Protect all non-cleaning surrounding surfaces such as glass, wood, metal, plastic, floors, and shrubs. If over sprayed, wipe off immediately.  Do not let dry on surface
2. Do not dilute or alter this product with other solvents or cleaners.
3. Apply NewEraStrip™ Safe-T Strip directly to the surface to be cleaned.
4. Apply by pouring, spraying (with low pressure sprayer), brushing or soaking.
5. Let soak for five to ten minutes.
6. Scrub with non-abrasive pad (or scraping if on floor).
7. If residue becomes extremely thick, reapply and scrub or scrape softened residue away until original surface is visible.
8. If residue still remains, apply second coat, wait a few minutes then remove final residue.
9. Wash surface with Dr. KlarX™ Bio Dissolve, then rinse with water.
   1. If on floor, wash floor with Dr. KlarX™ BioDissolve by mopping. then rinsing thoroughly with water, to ensure a clean surface.
10. Allow surface to dry.

Tips:

Hard Surface Floors: After floor has been restored/refinished, protect with NewEraSeal™ Wonder Walk.

Other Surfaces: Protect with NewEraSeal™ Fortify Sealer.

Repair or Refinish of Painted Metal Surfaces:  Use NewEraStrip™ Safe-T Strip after final sanding, then finish rinse with acetone or other reside free solvent.

Caution

For industrial/professional use only.  Keep away from children.  Refer to label and safety data sheet before using this product.  May cause irritation, use with adequate ventilation.  Applicators should wear neoprene rubber gloves, eyes protection and rubber boots for floor applications.

First Aid

Eye contact: Wash eyes with plenty of water.

Skin contact: Wash skin surface with soap and water.  If redness occurs, apply petroleum jelly and see physician.
