NewEraStrip™ Extreme Strip is formulated with safe green chemistry.  It is water-based, ammonia-free, and VOC-compliant.  It is designed to strip wax from many types of hard surfaces.  This product is formulated with low-foaming green surfactant chemistry.  It has very low alkalinity for odorless and safe removal of old floor finishes.  It is designed to be used with a low-speed scrubber.

Use Instructions

Floor Machines-Mop-Wiping Method

• Read SDS before use.
• For best results, dampen surface with water first to break surface tension.
• Apply diluted product to a small surface area (50 to 100 square feet) using a mop and bucket.
  • Can also be applied with a sprayer or even wiped onto the surface.
• Allow the solution to dwell on the floor for at least 5 minutes until the finish turns milky white.
• Do not allow it to dry on floor completely.
• Using a floor machine, scrub thoroughly with a black stripping pad.
• Pick up solution immediately with a wet/dry vacuum, mop, or vacuum function of auto scrubber.
• Rinse well with clean water.
• Repeat steps, if necessary, until all old wax or finish is removed.
• Follow with a clear water rinse before finishing.

Auto Scrubbers

• Read SDS before use.
• Review recommended dilution ratios to determine dilution for your job.
• For best results, dampen surface with water first to break surface tension.
• Add product to tank of auto scrubber with job-specific dilution ratio
• Use auto-scrubber to scrub and strip off old wax or other finishes
• Do not allow to dry on floor completely.
• Pick up solution immediately with a wet/dry vacuum, mop, or vacuum function of auto scrubber.
• Rinse well with clean water.
• Repeat steps if necessary, until all old wax or finish is removed.
• Follow with a clear water rinse before finishing.
• Use of auto-scrubber is not recommended on painted surfaces or wooden floors.
• Use auto-scrubber cautiously for stripping linoleum, rubber, or asphalt.
• Note that NewEraStrip™ Extreme Strip may be harmful to solution hoses and auto-scrubber tanks.

Recommended Dilution Ratios

Always apply a small inconspicuous area to determine the ideal dilution ratio

• Well-maintained floors:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 4 parts warm or hot water.
• Heavily Soiled Floors:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 3 parts warm or hot water.
• Heavy Wax Buildup:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 1 part warm or hot water. Can use un-diluted if necessary for severe buildup.
• Improperly Maintained Floors:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 3 parts warm or hot water.
• Wax Stripping and Rubber Heal Marks:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 3 parts warm or hot water.
• Schools-Gymnasiums-Lockers-Showers-Swimming Pools
  • Dilute 1 part product in 4 parts warm or hot water.
• Automotive-Watercraft-Aircraft-Construction Equipment:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 4 parts warm or hot water.
• Industrial Equipment:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 3 parts warm or hot water.
• Painted Surfaces:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 10 parts warm or hot water. Rinse immediately.
• Kitchen and Bars:
  • Dilute 1 part product in 3 parts warm or hot water.

Warning

As with all cleaning products, use protective wear (mask, gloves, and goggles to avoid skin and eye contact).
Do not mix with bleach or any other cleaning product.  Keep out of reach of children.
