PRODUCT INFORMATION
Dr. KlarX™ BioDissolve is a versatile water-based enzyme heavy-duty cleaner that is designed to replace high pH cleaners. It can be diluted and used as a daily cleaner-degreaser and is highly effective at removing mold, mildew, stubborn soils and deep stains. It is bio-degradable, non-flammable, VOC-compliant, and water-soluble. It can be used on any water-friendly hard surfaces like concrete masonry, tiles, fiberglass, plastic, and stone surfaces. It goes to work immediately – absorbs, emulsifies, and floats soil to the surface.
The NewEraSOS™ difference: we use nanotechnology in our eco-friendly cleaners to improve the surface-active ingredients (Surfactants) at the sub-micron level with safer natural minerals to eliminate harsher, dangerous traditional caustic chemicals. Nano surfactants drive cleaning agents deeper and faster into soil for a more complete deep cleaning. This helps eliminate volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and residue build-up and improves safety profiles.
Once a surface is properly cleaned and then sealed with one of our NewEraSeal™ Sealers, like Fortify, Finest, Stayz, or Wonder Walk, cleaning is usually reduced to only wiping with water and a microfiber cloth or paper towel.

RUST PREVENTION: It contains special rust inhibitors for cleaning metal surfaces.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Use Dr. KlarX™ BioDissolve instead of petroleum solvents or caustic cleaners on tough grease, deep stains, mold, mildew, carbon, wax build-up, pet or urine stains, and odor-causing organic soils.
GENERAL CLEANING: Spray, wipe, or mop on the surface. Let sit on the surface to dissolve soils. Wipe the surface and rinse with clean water as needed. Remove stubborn spots with a non-abrasive pad.
FLOOR WAX: Spray, wipe, or mop on the surface and allow time to solubilize wax. Use a rotary stripper pad and collect residue with a wet vacuum.
STAIN REMOVAL: Spray, wipe, or mop on the stain/spot affected areas. Wait 15 to 30 seconds, gently scrub the stain/spot with a soft nylon brush, then rinse. If the stain/spot remains, adjust dilution and repeat the above steps until the stain/spot is removed.

Light Buildup: ½oz per quart (32oz)
Moderate Buildup: 1oz per quart (32oz)
Heavy Buildup: 1 ½ oz per quart (32oz)
Severe Buildup: As Needed
SAFETY
As with all cleaning and sealing products, use protective wear, rubber gloves, and goggles to avoid skin and eye irritation.
Each order of BioDissolve™ comes with a 55-gallon drum of concentrate.
