Finest Sealer™ will reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of your food contact surfaces and non-food contact surfaces for an immediate appearance enhancement and long-term return on investment thanks to the photocatalytic oxidation antimicrobial, superhydrophobic, and deodorizing properties of the product.

NewEraSOS has successfully utilized photocatalytic oxidation technology.  This imparts a protective bacteriostatic, fungistatic, and algae static coating for the surface to prevent deterioration and discoloration caused by fungi, prevents algae growth, and inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria.   Photocatalysis is considered one of the most promising technologies for eliminating Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) due to its high efficiency and stability.  Employing a proprietary water-based fusion of nanotechnology-sized polymeric particulates, Finest Sealer™ integrates with any surface, including food contact (tile, concrete, plastics, glass, etc.). Long-lasting sub-micron protection against scale, lime, calcium, and other mineral deposits, atmospheric fouling, corrosion, soil adhesion, and UV degradation with “liquid glass” penetrating sealant.

Finest Sealer™ also utilizes nano-metal oxides to densify and strengthen surfaces without hardening to further enhance UV protection and surface protection.

Where to Use

Versatile on many different hard surfaces, including tile, natural stone, glass, stainless steel, ceramic, plastics, aluminum, clear coats, painted surfaces, steel, concrete, masonry, stone, composites, ABS, polycarbonate, styrene, acrylics, grout, and many more.

Use Instructions

 Always refer to the product label prior to use.  Do not use and/or combine with other chemicals.  DO NOT DILUTE: Finest Sealer™ is ready-to-use.

• Surface must be cleaned and dried before application.
• Apply coating to dry surface with cloth, sponge, and fine-mist sprayer
• Gently spread with a soft cloth to ensure coverage.
• Buff with a soft cloth to remove any residue and enhance appearance
• Allow dry for 5-10 minutes before use

Tips

 One-gallon seals up to 3,500 sq ft of hard surfaces or 1,500 sq ft of soft surfaces. 1 liter equals 25% of the above.

• For large applications, spray with a backpack sprayer or another fine mist applicator. An electrostatic sprayer may be used.
• For the first application, two coats are recommended
• For significant buildup, media-blast surface or use other mechanical methods
