NewEraSeal™ Smart Kote is an invisible, super-hydrophobic penetrating protective sealant with unique, smart defensive qualities.  Comprised of multi-functional sub-micronic components electro-chemically fused with water to protect and defend surfaces against UV damage, corrosion, atmospheric pollutants, static, soil adhesion and staining while reflecting sunlight to act as an external insulator for all façade, fenestration, glass, polycarbonate and roofing materials.

It incorporates technologies proven in multiple US DOE studies to reduce HVAC costs an average of 20% on a variety of constructions and façade materials.  It is also proven in independent lab tests to improve LEEDS qualifying SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) on a highly efficient TPO roofing material by 12.5% and, unlike pigmented paints, it provides the insulating benefit to Glass, Stone, Brick, Roofing materials and polished unfinished or clear coated metals without impeding functionality or changing appearances.

Used inside facilities, Smart Kote improves IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) by decomposing odor causing VOCs and greenhouse gases.  EPA lists VOCs degradable by the technologies used in Smart Kote.  It also protects against UV damage, soil adhesion, staining and static.

Use Instructions

1. Surface must be clean and dry.
2. Apply with HVLP, Electrostatic or fine tip garden sprayer.
3. Allow to dry.
4. Buff any haze from windows.
5. Small jobs, car, or window, trigger spray bottle works.
6. Small jobs, spread with a soft cloth for complete coverage
7. For best result apply two coats.

Application Notes:

• One gallon treats up to 3,500 sq. ft. of hard surface
• Treated surfaces become extremely smooth and slick; floors should be avoided as they will become slippery.
• Can also be used on upholstery, awnings, and umbrellas.
• Product will not build-up on surface like a wax or polish
