EnCapX™ Floors and Drains is a super-concentrated versatile plant-based, non-toxic, non-flammable floor cleaner and drain maintainer with our Encapsulation Technology.  The formulation is loaded with non-emulsifying surfactants to ensure an exceptional experience without the use of harsh chemicals.  It leaves behind an amazing fragrance, leaving your drains, cleaned areas, and surfaces smelling fresh.

Clean Floors and Maintain Drains in One Step

After cleaning floors, your runoff into nearby drains will contain our Encapsulation Technology, which will help neutralize odors and grease buildup downstream.  The formulation will enhance the natural biological environment in your downstream system.

Eliminate Odors

Our unique plant-based Encapsulation Technology relies on micro-fractionalizing the cutting of your F.O.G., then encapsulating them using an all-natural plant extract.

After cleaning floors, your runoff into nearby drains will contain our Encapsulation Technology, which will help neutralize odors and grease buildup downstream.  The formulation will enhance the natural biological environment in your downstream system.

Use Instructions

Always refer to SDS and product label prior to use.  Do not use and/or combine with other chemicals.

Floors

Dilute 2 to 6 ounces (2oz light duty, 4oz medium duty, 6oz heavy duty) into a
3-gallon mop bucket and fill with warm water.

Drains

Direct Pour of Concentrate into Drains: Pour 2 ounces for every inch-diameter drain size into the drain once weekly in the morning.  Double dosage for troubled drains.

 Spray Bottle: Add 16oz to a 32oz bottle and fill with water.  Spray 4oz solution for every inch-diameter drain size into the drain once weekly.

Pump-Up Sprayer: Add ½-gallon to a
1-gallon pump-up sprayer and fill with water.  Spray 4oz solution for every inch-diameter drain size into the drain once weekly.

Trash Receptacle Odor Control

Pump-Up Sprayers:  Add 32oz to
1-gallon sprayer and fill with water.

Spray odorous surfaces and let dry.

Asphalt/Concrete Grease and Odor Control

Pump-Up Sprayers/Pressure Washers:  Add 32oz to 1-gallon sprayer and fill with water.

Let stand on the surface for 3 to 5 minutes before scrubbing and rinsing.
