NewEraSeal™ Stayz Sealer is a water-based Nano-enhanced deep penetrating water repellent.  The formulation includes photocatalytic Nano-metal oxides designed for superior protection of concrete, masonry, stone, stucco, pavers, masonry verticals, and ornate delicate façades.

It is the most advanced Nano-chemistry masonry sealer available. Nano-technology delivers deep penetrating protections and unique features to enhance your masonry surfaces and maintain a like-new look.

NewEraSOS™ has successfully combined two emerging Nanotechnologies to address multiple problems of surface protection against erosion, soil adhesion, UV damage, atmospheric biofouling, and staining with a “vitrified Nano-metal oxides” fusion that works with light and the weather to keep surfaces clean. It enhances “curb appeal,” extends asset life, and minimizes future cleaning with photocatalytic oxidation (PCO), a fascinating phenomenon of Nanotechnology.

Some of the proven properties of photocatalytic oxidization (PCOs) are:

• Self-cleaning: PCO-coated surfaces become super-hydrophilic, causing water to flush dirt and staining atmospheric pollutants, like exhaust fumes, to stick to the surface.
• Deodorizing: PCO-coated surfaces decompose odor-causing VOCs inert.
• Antimicrobial: When PCOs are activated with light, free electrons indiscriminately dissolve and disassemble any microbes.

Use Instructions

Always refer to SDS and product label prior to use.

Ready to Use.

1. Surface to be treated shall be dry, free of dirt, grease, moisture, etc.
2. New concrete must be allowed to cure at least 14 days before application.
3. Product may be applied with low-pressure spray equipment, a brush, roller, or electrostatic sprayer.
4. When using low-pressure equipment, apply a light mist coating to break the surface tension; this allows for good penetration. Repeat the process with a flood coat (4 to 6 inches run down on vertical surfaces).
5. Do not allow to puddle on flat surface applications. Brush or squeegee from low spots before drying.
6. Surface type coverage rates vary between 50 – 200 square feet per gallon. See label for detailed coverage rates.
7. Do not dilute or alter. Store at room temperature.

Use Notes:

• Air and surface temperature must be above 40° F during application.
• Caulking should be installed prior to application.
• Protect surrounding non-masonry surfaces, such as glass, aluminum, etc.
• Inadvertent splash or over-spray should be removed with water before the solution has dried on the surface.
• Do not apply when rain is predicted within 24 hours.
